WASHINGTON, June 6 -- Tiger Woods was running low on gloves on Sunday at the Memorial Tournament as he tried to make up to fans hit by a ball by giving them an autographed golf glove.

Woods hit fans at the first, second and 15th holes while the defending champion ended up shooting an even-par 72 to finish at 6 under and tied for the 19th position.

It has been the worst finish for Woods since 2002 at the Memorial.

Justin Rose won the tournament at 12 shots under par.
